Your Support Coordinator works out in your community - not behind a desk - helping you navigate services, understand your options, and access the supports you need to maintain your quality of life. This includes help accessing funding through the NDIS, as well as support for people over 65 through My Aged Care and DVA.
No matter what age or stage you're at, we can connect you with an experienced MND Support Coordinator who will bring the knowledge and expertise needed to deliver the highest quality service to people living with MND, and their families.

Referral to wellness and educational programs and events
