Ashlea is a qualified social worker and has over six years' experience working within the disability sector. Growing up in Victoria and studying at Deakin University in Geelong, Ashlea enjoys developing strong relationships with her clients. She has excellent interpersonal skills and is experienced in engaging with a diverse range of individuals. Ashlea is a hardworking, fun, and dedicated team member.

Emily has enjoyed working in the disability sector for over three years and is currently studying a Diploma in Community Services. She grew up on the Sunshine Coast and demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the local area and the support services available.  Emily is a motivated, driven and dedicated team member and is passionate about supporting her clients to achieve their NDIS goals and live their best life.

Shelley has extensive business management experience, is a qualified counsellor and also holds qualifications in Leadership & Business Management, Individual Support, Aged Care, Disabilities, and is an Accredited Lifeline Crisis Support worker. Keeping Insite staff and clients at the heart of all she does, Shelley enjoys developing personal connections, supporting everyone with integrity and dedication.
